NANO WRAP ACE
High strength composite wrap for HIGH-PRESSURE transmission pipelines. Suitable for highly sensitive petroleum product pipelines. Excellent mechanical properties and corrosion resistance. Product applied to the pipe size of 3/8 to 36 Inches and also covers a wide range of defects up to 80 % wall loss. Final wrap thickness varies between 5 to 12 mm w. r. t size of the defect.
NANO WRAP LITE
Medium strength composite wrap having High metal-to-fiber bonding strength for LOW PRESSURE pipelines. Repair of highly corroded pipeline without the need of replacing them. Suitable for low sensitive product pipelines having pitting corrosion in utility water resource and other lines. Nano Wrap lite has excellent corrosion resistance. Product applicable to the pipe size of 3/8 to 12 Inches and only covers limited range of defects less than 50 % wall loss. Fina wrap thickness is between 3-4 mm.
NANO WRAP PRO
Custom-tailored wet-lay system to work with unique and complex pipe geometries like bends, T-shape joints and other odd shapes. Providing high strength and high pressure bearing capability. Suitable for pipelines having complex structure and high sensitive product pipelines having diameter ranges from 3/8 to 46 Inches up to 80 % wall loss.
NANO PATCH
Made to order composite patch repair solution for localized corrosion/damages in larger diameter Storage tanks, Heat Exchanger, Pressure Vessel, Columns, Chimney and others. Suitablele for hydro carbons, Natural gas, acid and alkalis.
NANO WRAP HT
Pipeline operating at HIGHER TEMPERATURE ranges from 60 Deg Celsius to 200 Deg Celsius. Post treatment setup is applied wherever required. Repair can be performed in live condition as well.
NANO LEAK REPAIR KIT
