Nanocomps bulletproof hybrid nanocomposite bullet resistant panels find applications in defence bunkers, law enforcement (police) needs, bank counters, airports, security booths, bulletproof vehicles, panic rooms, and more. Our panels can be used in doors, windows, walls, lining for walls, barriers, or even as stand-alone bulletproof bunkers.

 

Nanocomps Hybrid Nanocomposite BR Panels (HNBR) are made up of macro, micro, and nano level fiber, and hard particle reinforcement embedded in a polymer matrix to create a material with superior durability. The nano level reinforcement structure of the panel exhibits an excellent capability to absorb single and multiple impacts from high velocity projectiles, limiting ricochet or shattering.

 

All panels are tested as per UL752 ballistic standards, are Class IV forced-entry resistant, storm projectile resistant, 60-min. fire-resistant, acoustically insulating, high heat and cold insulating, non-conductive, and do not block radio or cellular signals. They are available in convenient sizes and can be cut to custom sizes on site too, using standard commercially available hand-held power tools.
